Location

Explore the Atherton Tablelands on a full day food & drink tasting tour. North Queensland is home to numerous local wineries, distilleries, breweries, farms and plantations and we will visit six carefully selected businesses, offering unique services and products.

This small group boutique foodie tour takes you into the Atherton Tablelands, where you get to visit locally owned and operated businesses, meet the people behind the scenes and learn about their passions. During the tour taste native Australian fruit like Davidson Plum and Finger Lime, visit Mungalli Creek Dairy a biodynamic dairy farm, enjoy lunch with a view of Queensland’s highest mountain and go behind the scenes at Australia’s highest altitude coffee plantation. Continue to Mt. Uncle Distillery, a small-batch, award-winning distillery producing gins, rum, whisky and vodka, a boutique tropical fruit winery and finish the day at one of Cairns’ premier breweries, with a craft beer tasting overlooking the cane fields.

Enjoy our small-group Atherton Tablelands tasting tour on a full day of indulgence of local Far North Queensland food, wine, spirit, coffee, dairy produce and beers, showcasing and supporting the best local businesses.

Sometimes unexpected things happen, weather conditions, one of the venues is closed unexpectedly, the beers aren’t cold enough or one of the farmers happens to have a day off, so the above itinerary is subject to change.
