IceBar Surfers keeping things a fun and frosty -10°C all year round! WARNING... Ice cold drinks and the coolest vibes inside!

We know it’s tough keeping everyone happy and finding an activity that the whole family can enjoy, that’s where we come in! Our COOL (pun intended) bar is built keeping everyone in mind – from adults to kids, couples to friends and family. Home to over 40 tonnes of ice, this winter wonderland is a MUST do… even the chairs are made of ice! We’ll rug you up in gloves, Ugg boots and a snow cape before sending you inside for your 45 minute arctic experience.

Standard Adult – entry and cocktail
Deluxe Adult – entry, cocktail and shot
Premium Adult – entry, cocktail, shot and JPEG photo
Premium Plus Adult – entry, cocktail, shot, JPEG photo and a souvenir glass of choice
Non-alcoholic Adult – entry, mocktail and JPEG photo
Child (4-17 years) – entry and mocktail
Child (under 4 years) – we do not provide warm clothing so please ensure your child is dressed appropriately

One session is 45 minutes in duration

Additional Information

Each session lasts for 45 minutes, to ensure our guests remain comfortable in our subzero environment , but if you need to pop out during your session then that’s fine with us.
Please keep in mind that Arctic temperatures are not recommended for toddlers and babies
Personal cameras are not allowed in IceBar Surfers
Long pants and closed shoes are recommended

Terms And Conditions

IceBar does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
You may request a change to your booking time/day and IceBar will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
Any changes within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a fee of $25 per adult and $10 per child

Booking Information

Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
Offers and inclusions are subject to change without notice
We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 48 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
