Itinerary

  • One of our awesome guides will pick you up early morning and will take the scenic route down towards the South Coast. From coastal villages to white sandy beaches, the NSW South Coast is a captivating part of Australia
  • First stop is Mt Bulli Lookout which overlooks the pretty Wollongong coastline. We then drive further south through the cute local townships of Berry and Kiama Heights and other little coastal towns. When we arrive at our next destination, a lovely local beach, we organise a beach picnic lunch with fresh local produce
  • You now have the option to join the Jervis Bay dolphin watching cruise (extra cost) or you can choose to spend up to two hours relaxing and sunbathing on Hyams Beach
  • Jervis Bay Marine Park is home to bottlenose dolphins, seals, penguins, seabirds and migrating whales (May - October). You can come across any of these animals on our 1 hour dolphin cruise! If you choose to beach it up instead, Hyams Beach is yours to relax and swim at
  • This seaside village has a local population of 112 and is known for having crystal clear water and the whitest sand in the world; a lovely little spot to spend a few hours
  • On the trip back to Sydney we have a quick refreshment stop at a picturesque location which our guide will determine on the day

We felt this was a very reasonably priced way to see a pretty part of NSW without having to drive. Hyams beach lived up to its reputation and was amazing and very white, and the kiama blowhole was really active due to it being quite windy when we arrived. The driver was informative and friendly. Would recommend.

I would like to review the trip organised by COLOURFUL TRIPS purchased from your site. This was the worst ever travel experience. Team should always check for the place whether its open or not before the trip. This was shocking that on reach Hyams beach, the trip coordinator got to know that and simply apologises and takes the whole group like a school group to a look alike beach. What a waste of money and time. I didn't pay the money to go to a small beach. Waste of money and energy. The food was included but what was there for Vegetarians???? A stale hard bread with salads inside , not even seasoned thinking vegetarians are animals. Next stop was Kiama blowhole , the time given was just 30 min which is sufficient as per the coordinator to enjoy the place, relax and get water and drink a coffee. Because the beach he chose in lieu of hyams beach did not have anything neither even drinking water. Professional Travel organisers should take care of all these things before hand because its not always young people travelling but also elderly and people who do not eat food with a face.

Remember to bring a jacket for the cooler months and sunscreen as you will be outdoors. There will be plenty of photo opportunities for you to take with your camera!
